大家好！从这个月本周起就进入到了“从我做起，践行社会主义核心价值观”宣传月，本版将带领同学们了解并积极参与到接下来的宣传月中。
相信很多同学都存在这样的疑问，社会主义核心价值观究竟是什么？这样一个过去只存在于纸张上的名词，现在已悄然走进我们的生活中。
价值观是指人类在各种该对象性活动中主体对客体的价值意义的根本看法，是人们区分是非，善恶，美丑，好坏，荣辱的根本标准，是人们对事物趋、避、亲、逆的主导因素，是一定社会意识形态的实质和核心。
社会主义价值观主要有坚持马克思主义思想，坚持中国特色社会主义共同理想，坚持以爱国主义为核心民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神以及坚持社会主义荣辱观所组成的。2012年11月，党的十八大报告首次以24个字概括了社会主义核心价值观：“倡导富强、民主、文明、和谐；倡导自由、平等、公正、法制；倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善，积极培育社会主义核心价值观。
今日之责任，不在他人，而全在我少年。践行社会主义核心价值观从我做起。少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强，少年独立则国独立，少年自由则国自由，少年进步则国进步。作为国家的希望，树立伟大的梦想并为自己的理想而艰苦奋斗是每一位中学生义不容辞的义务，更是实现自己的人生价值观不可或缺的理念。
我们是国家的希望，祖国的未来，时代的象征，建设和谐社会的主力军。如何树立正确的核心价值观是我们当代中学生的使命，这就要求我们把核心价值观作为准则规范我们的行为。作为一名公民，作为一名小外学子，我谨代表我班同学在此倡议，从我做起，践行社会主义核心价值观。为国家的未来创造无限可能！

Good morning!
What is positive energy? Wiseman from British explained in his book "Positive Energy", that so-called positive energy refers to "Everything that has power and emotion to encourage people to keep on pursuing and to make a better life." A general understanding of positive energy is the "righteousness", a positive spirit. To Practise the socialist core values process is actually a cohesion of "positive energy", a process of transferring positive energy.
As young students, to practise socialist core value is to be "Patriotic, Dedicated, Honest and Nice". And the key is to implement into school life everyday. Patriotic - means to love our nation, love our home, love our parents, love our friends and love people who loves us; means to love our school, take care of grass and trees in our compus. Dedicated - is to work hard, study hard, and improve oneself continuously. Honesty - is to be an honest person, full of responsibility, and being steadfast. Nice - is to respect teachers, care for classmates and be helpful to others. If we do this, you will be the "positive energy".
In our school, we have a lot of students with the "positive energy". They are Young volunteers, civilized and law-abiding persons, or diligent students. They are the “positive energy” of our school, the model of the practice of the socialist core values. We need to gather and transfer the these “positive energies” in our school.
A nation need to condense these “positive energies” to become strong, prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious. A society need to condense these “positive energies” to acquire freedom, equality, justice and the rule of law. A school need to condense these “positive energies” to find stability, development, enthusiasm and initiative. A person need to condense these “positive energies” to become self-confident, optimistic, and enlightening.
Dear friends, let’s move, let’s take action to practice the socialist core values, to transfer the “positive energy”. Our school will definitely be bursting with hope.
