敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家上午好！2014年党的十八届四中全会中通过了一项决议，将每年的12月4日设为国家宪法暨全国法制宣传日。习近平总书记曾做出重要指导，坚持依法治国首先要坚持依宪治国，坚持依法从政首先要坚持依宪从政。
那么，为什么要依宪治国呢？
宪法，是我国的根本大法，其确定了社会、国家制度的原则以及公民的基本权利、义务等内容。可以说，宪法就是法制的标准，国家的根本制度。十年“文革”的历史性悲剧正是由于民主与法制尚未发展完全而造成的。面对如此惨痛的教训，依法治国，依宪从政已成为中国领导人的必然选择。
作为法制国家，我国的一切法律都是依据宪法制定的，维护法制社会，更是我们每个公民义不容辞的责任。
升国旗时，参加者应当面向国旗肃立致敬。这是法律要求，更是民族的尊严。在西方国家，无论何时何地，只要国歌奏响，立刻全体肃穆。在这一点，我们是否自惭形秽？
《义务教育法》规定，所有适龄儿童、少年必须接受教育。学生有义务遵守学校纪律，尊敬师长，努力完成学习任务。法律要求的，我们做到了吗？
法律，离我们并不遥远，学法尊法守法用法，依法维护国家 VC利益，依法规范自身行为，是当代中学生的义务与责任。让我们一起，为创建更优秀完备的法治社会而努力！

Dear teachers and
classmates,
Good morning.Today is a special day.It is
called Constitution Day.It is used to promote greater awareness of the
Constitution and a better understanding of the rule of law in this country.
Constitution is the basic rule of a
country.A country cannot run without a constitution.The bitter during the dark
decade of “Cultural Revolution”was the very consequnence of lack of complete
law and constitution system.And it tells us the necessity of a complete
constitution & law system.
Implementation of constitution is also
crucial.Not many people recognize the importance of constitution.
Rule of law is not only the responsibility
of a country but also of the people.The core of the Constitution os to protect
the people.And that is why it is People’s constitution.Only by knowing it
well,respecting it well,abiding it well,we can make a better legal society.

El doce de abril de cada año conmemoramos el
Día de la Constitución Nacional, es decir, el Día de Concientización sobre la
Legislación Nacional. El presidente Xi nos insta a gobernar el fpaís
según el imperio de la ley. Conforme su pensamiento, es fundamental gobernar el
país según la Constitución, y de esta manera, ser capaces de ejercer el derecho
político en un ámbito de legalidad. En eso radica precisamente la importancia
del respeto irrestricto de la ley.
A pesar de su importancia, mucha gente no la
conoce íntegramente o incluso no la ha leído, por eso propongo que todos leamos
la constitución en su totalidad, y de esta manera seremos capaces de conocerla
y hacerla cumplir.

le dix-huitième Comité Central de la quatrième réunion plénière du Partie
Communiste chinois,le quatorze décembre sera le jour national de la
Constitution,soit le jour national de la propagande de la législation.D'après
le secrétaire général XI,il faut d'abord gouverner l'Etat sous l'égide de la
Constitution si nous insistons pour l'administration de l'Etat selon la loi,ce
qui reflète l'importance de la Constitution.
La Constitution,c'est la loi essentiel de
notre Etat,car toutes les lois sont établies d'après la Constitution.Sans elle,
nous n'autions pas le standard du système législatif ni le système fondamental
de l'Etat.
Alors,je vous conseille de lire toute la
Constitution et de l'observer.Mes chers camarades,efforçons-nous de créer une
meilleure société fondé sur le droit!Merci pour votre attention.

guten tag!Seit 2014 nennt man den
vierten Dezember den Verfassungstag.Die Verfassung ist das grundlegende Gesetz
in China.Alle Gesetze entstehen auf der Grundlage der Verfassung.Ohne
Verfassung kann sich ein Land nicht stabil und sicher entwickeln.Deswegen ist
es für jede Regierung notwendig,nach der Verfassung das Land zu regieren.
Die Tatsache ist,dass die
Entwicklung der Gesetze nicht nur die Verantwortung vom Land,sondern auch die
Pflicht von jedem Bürger ist.Lesen wir die Verfassnung und halten wir die
Gesetze ein.Tun wir unser Besters für eine bessere Gesellschaft.
